PÉREZ PASCUAS GRAN SELECCIÓN 2011, 98 POINTS ON ANUARIO DE VINOS EL PAÍS 2017

 

Anuario de Vinos El País was published by first time 23 years ago and this year, 2017, just 60 wines are part of  Honour Roll. Only excellent wines whose ratings  are between 96 to 100 points (on the Anuario de Vinos El País 100-point scale) and one of those wines  is Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección 2011 scoring 98 points.

According to María Pilar Molestina  opinion, director of Anuario de Vinos El País,  Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección wine is  the magnanimity enclosed in a bottle.

“Over than 100 hectares, where many vine plants are almost 100 years old and the youngest older than 20 years are the basis of Bodegas  Hnos. Pérez Pascuas,  a family always loyal to its grapegrowing origin. The vineyard is everything,  winemaking capture perfectly the essence of Tinta Fina grape variety thanks to a very deep knowledge of terroir, vines and ecosystem. Its name, Pérez Pascuas is a real Declaration of Principles, a wine to store for many years. The grape, Tinta Fina is the protagonist on a wine where two generations work together” said Molestina.
